Quality

We see quality and procedures as integral in delivering our service level agreements, and adopt the guidelines of ISO 9001 standard. We have over 15 years’ experience of procedures and processes involved with the quality standard.  We also have a quality manual for responsive, investment and gas related works.

All supervisors carry out mandatory weekly inspections on all aspects of work, and this is monitored by the Compliance Control Administrator. A non-conformance sheet would be completed should any work be found to be unsatisfactory; this would be corrected immediately by direct instruction from a supervisor or manager.

Progress is reviewed monthly by our Senior Management team and quarterly by our independent board, which is made up of tenants, local Council representatives and independents.
