Customer satisfaction is one of the driving forces behind our Investment and Responsive Repairs team, and we continually measure our performance in this area. The feedback from our customers as at year end 2014/2015 was:
 

99.49% were impressed with the attitude of our workforce.

97.81% were impressed with the quality of the repair undertaken at their home.

99.24% were impressed with the minimal amount of mess and disruption the trades person caused.
