Private and Commercial

At a time when we are all looking for improved efficiencies and lower costs, we are constantly exploring new ways to improve the services we deliver to both the private sector and social housing.

Our aim is to be a world-class responsive repairs company – one that delivers you better value for money, and keeps the wellbeing of residents at the forefront of everything we do. We strive to achieve this in a number of ways: developing repair and refurbishment processes that drive out wasteful practices; mapping repairs by trade and geographical location to make our asset management programmes smarter; and using state-of-the-art technology to capture real-time data.

We pride ourselves on delivering a commercially cost effective service, and are proud to work with a number of agencies including Greater Manchester Police, for whom we provide a 24 hour emergency repair service 365 days of the year. With response times tailored to our customers’ needs, and a centralised building depot in the Greater Manchester area, we are able to provide a rapid response within a 45 minute deadline.

We specialise in a wide range of planned maintenance and Decent Home improvements, offering a full design and build service which includes:

  • Kitchen and bathroom replacements
  • Central heating installations and boiler installations
  • Gas servicing and maintenance
  • Electrical rewires
  • Window and door replacements
  • Disability adaptations
  • Decorating and painting
  • Gutter and fascia renewal
  • Roofing repairs and replacements
  • Concrete repairs
  • Environmental works
  • School extensions/refurbishments
  • New builds

We have carried out many refurbishments and extensions to local schools as part of the Building Schools for the Future investment programme for both Tameside Council and Rochdale Council. These projects generally involve traditional construction work, with some extensions incorporating the use of large span pre-fabricated steel beams.

Our priority on these projects is always the safety of the school children. We produce detailed health and safety documents and systems to ensure site movements and activities are carried out without risk to members of the public.
