Salary: £18657- £25764 per annum dependent on experience

Fixed Term  until December 2019

Hours 35 P/W

To provide a high quality front line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at risk.  To work within a multi-agency frameworks and local partnership responses to domestic abuse. To provide advocacy, emotional and practical support and information to victims including legal options, housing, help, finance and substance misuse interventions.  To manage a case load ensuring each client receives the appropriate service to their individual needs. To contribute to daily meetings, providing advice and guidance to a multi agency team.

You will work in partnership to case manage and offer reactive support with partner agencies within the Integrated Neighbourhood hubs/MASH based within the Police Stations across Tameside.
